Coach Dog, Inc. is a non profit organization providing animal assisted therapy to children in need in schools in Martin and Palm Beach Counties, FL at no cost to children or the school.

The mission of Coach Dog, Inc. is to provide opportunities for positive change and progress in the lives of children facing emotional, physical and cognitive challenges through goal oriented animal assisted therapy.

Coach Dog, Inc. joins together children, school staff and caring volunteers and their certified therapy dogs to address emotional, behavioral, physical and academic challenges. Dogs and their handlers work with children in groups, one on one, and in the classroom. These services are targeted based on referrals from school staff. Volunteers using the special bond between the animal and the child may provide friendship, tutoring, emotional support and motivation.
